Blockages

The loops that keep your energy stuck are rarely out in the world; they run inside the mind. The same reflexive attention that can set you free can also trap you. Watched with mercy, a thought passes; chewed on with judgment, it circles without end.

There is a clean difference between observing and ruminating. Pure observation is fluid, it creates distance, it is kind, and it ends in acceptance. Rumination fuses with the thought, judges it, and loops forever. The work is not to silence the mind but to change where you stand: from inside the thought to beside it, as a witness.

You are not the loop. You are the one who can watch it, and what you can watch, you are no longer only inside.

Look within

A clue

When a heavy feeling surfaces, do not flee it. What you reject gains power from the very act of rejection; the emotion you refuse to feel becomes the one you cannot bear. Turn toward it as a witness, and its grip loosens.
