Hair

Hair has long been read as vitality and identity, the crown's outward sign. When it thins or falls, the symbolic lens points to chronic fear and a nervous system kept on guard too long, to the strain of holding everything together and carrying more than is yours.

It can also mirror a refusal to let go, a grip so tight that the body begins to release what the will would not. The crown's medicine is release: to trust, to set down control, to let the head rest.

What the mind clenches, the body eventually drops. Ease at the crown begins with ease in the thoughts.

A step of love

Each night, set down one worry you cannot solve before morning. Let your head be light while you sleep.

A symbolic mirror for reflection, not a diagnosis. A physical symptom deserves real medical care; please see a doctor.
