Body
How you regard your body mirrors how you love yourself. In this lens the body is a keeper of feeling: emotions that go unfelt are stored in it, and emotions felt too much take a piece of you with them. What the body asks for is balance. Held feeling can even show up as weight the body holds onto.
A body managed with harshness, punished, starved, driven, holds tension the way a held breath does. A body met with care lets go, and holds more energy and light.
The body is the soul's address. Tend it with love rather than control, and the whole field brightens.
Look within
- ·Which emotions are you suppressing, and why?
- ·How long have you been inside situations you avoid feeling or facing?
To read the pattern you may be repeating here, the Oracle needs your map.

Give your body one act of devotion with no goal attached, warmth, rest, or slow movement. Then let one held feeling move: defencelessness, the fear of being seen, insecurity. Let it pass through rather than settle.
A symbolic mirror for reflection, not a diagnosis. A physical symptom deserves real medical care; please see a doctor.
